ŠKODA or its affiliates, authorized dealers or any third party service providers may collect store, process sensitive Personal Information such as password, physiological information for providing our products, services and access to our website when the Customer uses our services or website or mobile application or otherwise interacts with us during the course of our relationship.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy a ‘Third Party' is a service provider who associates with ŠKODA and is involved in handling, managing, storing, processing, and transmitting information of ŠKODA. This definition shall also include all sub-contractors, consultants and/or representatives of the Third Party.

We may also hold information related to your utilization of our services which may include your contact details, details about your vehicle on the MyŠKODA Mobile Application, your browsing history on our website, location details and additional information provided by you while using our services.

We are taking the First name, Last name and Email using Facebook SDK. We are saving this data to show basic information in the customer profile. The purpose to save this data is to show basic data in the Customer profile in the app. The customer can request the Skoda Dealership to deactivate the account or to delete this information.

Transfer and Use of Personal Information

Internal Use : As explained above ŠKODA, its employees and its affiliates may utilize some or all available personal information for internal assessments, measures, operations and related activities.

Authorized Third Party(s) : ŠKODA may at its discretion employ, contract or include third parties (as defined above) for strategic, tactical and operational purposes. Such third parties will always be entities which are covered by contractual agreements which include ŠKODA's Privacy Policy and secrecy of personal information.

The customers are hereby advised that ŠKODA shall not be liable for data theft by any third party service providers.
